It’s actually part of a boutique hotel, so while it doesn’t feel totally like someone’s home (more on that later), for those looking for a slice of Brooklyn's low-key cool, with the benefit of a hotel concierge, it's an excellent option. The open living area creates a great social space that extends outdoors – though you'll have a climb a few steps to reach it.
